Any unauthorized returns will not be refunded and Scalp pHix will not be responsible for compensating your return shipping charges. Once a product is returned to Scalp pHix, a new shipment or refund will be processed.

If your package arrives damaged/opened. We are happy to make this right for you. Please contact Customer Care with the following information.

- A picture of damaged product(s)
- A picture of the original packing slip (included in the shipment)
